As the Chairman and Founder of PSK Infrastructures and Projects Pvt Ltd, he led the company from its nascent stages to unprecedented heights, diversifying into sectors such as transportation and irrigation, with completed projects spanning across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and other states.

 

Additionally, as the driving force behind PRK Hospitals Pvt Ltd, Mr. Sudhakar has established a healthcare institution committed to providing world-class medical services without discrimination. Beyond business, Mr. Sudhakar's commitment to social responsibility is evident through his initiatives in education, healthcare, and livelihood domains, facilitated by the charitable trust 'Putta Vijayalakshmi Seva Society'. His impactful contributions and leadership have solidified PSK's legacy as a cornerstone in the infrastructure domain.

Putta Mahesh Kumar, a seasoned entrepreneur and Managing Director for several businesses across diverse industries, boasts an exceptional talent for transforming ideas into thriving enterprises. His extensive experience spans the construction, distilleries, and bio-fuel sectors. With a profound commitment to excellence, Mr. Kumar has been instrumental in the success of PSK Infrastructures and Projects Pvt Ltd, elevating the company's book value to INR 2000 Cr and diversifying its operations. As the Managing Director of PMK Distillations Pvt Ltd, he has overseen substantial revenue growth and is currently steering the construction of an Ethanol Plant, set to conclude by June’24. Additionally, Mr. Kumar manages PMK Holdings Pvt Ltd, specializing in financial instruments, and serves as the Managing Director of Ramshy Bio Pvt Ltd, involved in the manufacturing of Ethanol, CO2, and DDGS.

 

His diverse skill set includes analytical acumen, project planning, risk assessment, and financial management. An alumnus of DMS, IIT Delhi, and JNTU, Hyderabad, Mr. Mahesh Kumar is not only a visionary leader in the business realm but also a committed philanthropist contributing to societal well-being through his charitable trust, 'Putta Vijayalakshmi Seva Society'.

Smt P. Vijaya Lakshmi, the dedicated Director of PSK Infrastructures and Projects Pvt Ltd, has been an integral part of the company since its inception. She plays a key role in employee engagement initiatives, monitoring financial reports and cash management strategies. With a focus on public service and socio-economic development, Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi plays a crucial role in steering the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
